Rules
All contestants entering the Annual Design Awards competition must accept the following Rules. We strongly suggest you read them carefully before you enter. By submitting a nomination you are stating that you have read and accepted these rules and conditions.
ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE BEEN CREATED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE AWARDS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE ANNUAL DESIGN AWARDS. For example if you entering the 2012 awards then you need to make sure your work was created within the previous 12 months.
ALL WEBSITES MUST BE ONLINE AND ACTIVE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AWARDS.
Copyright
The Annual Design Awards assume that all entires submitted to the awards are the property of the contestant. The Annual Design Awards will not be held liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the contestant or company.
Who can enter?
Any one in the world can enter the awards whether you are a freelancer or a large company. The Annual Design Awards don't want to restrict creativity so the Awards are open to everyone involved in the Design Industry.
How to enter?
Entering is simple. All you need is your artwork saved in either pdf or jpg format and your relevant details including your company and contact details. All entries must be submitted online.
ENTRIES SENT BY POST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE AWARDS!!
Permission
By entering the Annual Design Awards the contestant gives full permission to use all designs in publications either online or in print. You also give full permission to print your name and details in any publications.
Not eligible
Any design entries in any of the categories which contain any of the following, will not be eligible for the awards and therefore will not be judged.
- Pornography
- Profanity
- All forms of hatred (Racism, sexism, religious prejudice etc)
- Illegal contents
Important note
The Annual Design Awards can remove entries at any time that we feel doesn't comply to the the above rules
